Barn Preservation

Argus Leader Media - Life

The Sunday Argus Leader (Sep16) had a nice story about barn preservation and the Bender Barn was included in the local story (not available in the online edition). A picture of the Bender Barn was on the front page and other barns in eastern SD that we know about were featured.

For more detail and a video on the Bender Barn go to my previous post (27 Apr07).

Sep 5 - AB is still Fasting

U.S. Climate Emergency Council - Home

“Mahatma Gandhi, probably the greatest nonviolent revolutionary of the 20th century, once said that, “Fasting is the sincerest form of prayer.” Beginning now, deepening on September 4th and for some of us for weeks afterward, let us pray and act not just for future generations but for those living right now.”
